"I was delighted with the service and personalized attention I received from The Burns Agency, especially Lindsay Bingham. Having need of some documentation of earlier insurance records she was right on spot in attending to my request, even going so far as to do some detective work in former files to ensure that my needs were met. My relationship with Dave Burns and his family goes back to 1980. He and his colleagues have never failed me. Customer service is what many firms pay lip service to, but with The Burns Agency it really means something. It is a way they manage their business, and as such their public profiling and the ethical way they treat their customers needs to be celebrated and treasured. On a personal note, thank you very much Lindsay B."
[And thank YOU, Peter, for the kind words!]
"Julie, at The Burns Agency, was fantastic. She returned my call after office hours when a tree fell on my house at 6 p.m. As a first time homeowner it's nice having an insurance team working for you, not against you."

Going to Canada?
Ask us for a Canadian ID card. "A U.S. traveler in Canada is required to carry a motor vehicle liability card, plus vehicle ownership papers. A copy of the automobile policy is recommended to be carried. And a Canadian Non-Resident Inter-provincial Motor Vehicle Liability Card is strongly recommended. U.S. travelers who do not carry a Canadian Non-Resident Inter-provincial Motor Vehicle Liability Card and are stopped by Canadian police or are in an accident while driving in Canada risk being fined or having their vehicle impounded until proof of proper coverage is obtained."
